There are 3 Levels in the home - each with it's own private entry, kitchen, living area, bath, private wraparound decks & outdoor sitting areas.  The Retreat is perfectly laid out for use as a Multi-family retreat, or as a Church Group, Youth Group, Spiritual, Team-building, Corporate, Scrap Booking, Family reunion, or other Group Retreat Scenario.

Owner is an Atlanta Minister that has long promoted the Retreat to local Church groups.

General Rules: No Pets / No Smoking
Payment: Cash, Check, Money Order, Credit Card

All cooking utensils, plates, and bed & bath linens are included. All you need to bring is food and personal toiletries.

LEVEL 1:  SLEEPS 4
1 Bedroom (Queen bed) + Sleeper Sofa + Walkin Closet
Full Kitchen (includes Toaster, Crockpot, Microwave, Coffee Pot, and all miscellaneous imaginable bakeware, utensils, etc...) + Large Dining Room Table + 1 Bath.  52" TV / VCR / DVD / Radio. 

LEVEL 2:  SLEEPS 6
2 Bedrooms (queen beds) + Sleeper Sofa
Kitchenette + Stacker W/D (includes full refrigerator, microwave)  + Sitting/Living Room + 1 Bath. 
3 TV's - 2 DVD/VCR's + Radio
LEVEL 3:  SLEEPS 6
1 Bedroom (double bed) + Sleeper Sofa in Living Area
+ 2nd Sleeper Sofa in Bedroom
Full Kitchen  + Large Dining Room Table + Living Room + 1 Bath.

NIGHTLY RENTAL RATES:
1 Level             -       $75 / night (2 night minimum)
2 Levels           -       $135 / night (2 night minimum)
All 3 Levels      -       $185 / night (2 night minimum)

WEEKLY RENTAL RATES:
Rent 6 Nights - Get the 7th Night Free!!!
ADDITIONAL CLEANING FEES:
One Time Cleaning Fee of $25 / level
A 50% deposit is required upon confirmation of your reservation with the balance due 15days prior to arrival. Your deposit is non-refundable unless we can re-rent your space. No refunds will be given for cancellations within 15 days of your scheduled arrival.
