NOTE: The locator map doesn't exactly center on the property, but it's within a couple hundred yards. Here are some text driving instructions from nearby Hiawassee:

Turn onto SR 288 from Hwy 76
(opposite the Baptist church near the eastern edge of Lake Chatuge)
Take SR288 for about 500yds, then left on Fodder Creek. (left hand fork)
Drive 3.5 miles along Fodder Creek to Bald Mountain Campground
Turn left into the Campground and follow the road straight on through the campground, then continuing through a short housing subdivision area.
When you reach the 1st Stop Sign through the housing area (perhaps 1 mile from Campground Entrance), turn left at the stop sign onto Quinn Cove Road..
Go about 50 yds. & turn right on the gravel road that heads slightly uphill.
Once you turn onto the gravel road, you'll go up the slight hill ONLY 30 YARDS OR SO.
Veer right immediately, and go down between the 2 trees to your right. It's an act of faith to believe there is a road after you go between the trees, but there really is! This right hand fork between the trees is very hard to see!!!
Follow the gravel road down and through the gate about 50 yards straight ahead.
The house is at the top of the mountain and at the end of the gravel driveway past the gate. The large gravel turnaround up past the home is part of the property as well (you'll see a speedboat parked there for reference). Park anywhere!
