Various Land & View Photos -
The property is incredibly secluded, and you can pretty
much see high mountain ridgeline views in a complete 360 degree circle.
The property has plenty of land space as well. Below we're looking
out from the deck entry, and we'll go through a series of photos panning
across to the right - all the way to the back of the home. |

The knoll above is the high point of the lot. It's also the highest
part of the entire knoll, and the property encompasses the entire top.
It's a very large area as you'll see in photos further down - with STUNNING
views. Would make a Great Homesite. Below we keep panning around
to the right towards the rear-side views. Photos don't really do the
views justice. It's hard to get crystal clear photos through the trees,
because the camera lens always autofocuses to the closest thing. |

Below we're skipping back to the top of the earlier knoll, before
continuing to the rear views. In the 1st photo below, I am standing
almost at the back property line, shooting back towards the home. This
entire top of the knoll is part of the property. Several side angle
shots to follow that show various view angles. The Boat you see is on a poured
concrete slab. The boat is negotiable into the deal - at the right price
it gets thrown in! |

As you can see, the whole upper knoll is very large, almost completely
level, has incredible views from almost every angle - and is completely
graveled for a turnaround drive. As mentioned earlier - it's a perfect
future building site for a 2nd home, outbuildings, or a cleared garden area -
it's very open and sunny :) An interesting note on this knoll area is
that a single afternoon project could be to thin many of the smaller trees
around the edge - and this would open up the views even more dramatically!
Just to the right of the above picture is also a great long range view of
Brasstown Bald (Highest peak in Georgia). I actually took a
single photo of it before leaving - but wouldn't you know it was the one
picture that turned out completely unuseable and blurry! The view is
through some trees that would need thinning for summer view - but it's clearly
visible.
Below we've got some miscellaneous view photos off the back decks - including
one I took early in the morning, enjoying my coffee as the morning mist filled
the valley :) Marvelous! |

In the picture below you see the incredibly lush, thick mountain laurel &
hardwoods. The slopes surrounding the entire home are thickly covered
with similar foliage. In the Spring, when they flower - it is Amazing!
When the leaves are out - you've still got great views from around the home -
and the peaceful feeling of being nestled in the woodland really takes over.
Straight down the hill is a rushing creek (not on the property) that echoes in
the background. Nearest homes are 100+ yards away through the woods, and
even in the winter without leaves you can barely make out roofs. You
really get the feeling you are in the middle of nowhere. Should be
mentioned that sounds of birdlife abounds, and you'll see plenty of 4 legged
wildlife! |
