Home Layout -
The Home is a Frank Betz Architectural Design.  Below is their artist rendering + the Floor Layouts of the Main & Upper Levels below that.  This was the standard design.  A few changes have been made to the actual home, and are as follows:

In the actual home, the design is reversed (mirrored).  For example - the garage is at the left.  On the main floor, the deck in the layout below has been modified as a vaulted screened in porch, and another deck added to the side.  The bonus room on the Upper Level has been modified to be larger (windowed alcove has been widened). When you look at the Square Footage - you do need to add the Optional Bonus Room figures to the Upper Floor Sq. Footage (and then a tiny bit more).
