3 year major). Has built attached 3 story town homes as inexpensively as
$130,000 in Tucker, Ga. to 12,000 sq ft custom home in Sandy Springs. for
$4.5 million. Has built four story loft condos at the Fulton County
Stadium, Single family attached condos in the Historic District of Roswell,
Custom homes and townhomes in Serenbe, Palmetto, Ga., Town homes at
Atlantic Station in downtown Atlanta, Custom homes in Alpharetta, Ga and
Johns Creek, Mountain properties in Bent Tree, Jasper, Georgia.
Pat has worked as a builder and superintendent for many of the large home
builders in the Atlanta area, has served as a construction manager for some
and has been involved in getting investors started in their own home
building companies. Pat has worked with developers, engineers and
architects in virtually every aspect of the home building business and is
now back in business for himself doing custom single family homes as specs
or built on property owners own land.
Pat is a member of the Greater Atlanta Home Builders Association, is a
registered Earthcraft Home Builder, is fully licensed and insured and has
worked with virtually every municipality in the greater Atlanta area.
