Above is a photo up towards the build site from the curve in the drive.  Below is a closer view.  Let's talk about this little camping shed structure a bit.  A long time ago, CCR allowed camping on the lots / also the building of these little "Camping sheds".  Over time that changed - but this structure is pre-existing and we believe is grandfathered in.  Regardless, it has electrical lines already run in, and a septic system installed.  It's a great building site, and tearing down the shed at some point and building a real home is obviously the best usage - however, in the meantime, with a minor amount of fixing up, it would make a great place to hangout on weekends.  (Has Lockable door - 1 window is broken out).  It's dry - structurally sound, even has a set of good bunk beds in it.  Below is a closer view, then a couple of surround shots.
