Community Covenants -
Owner hasn't formally attached any
covenants yet; however, he is in the process of adding some simple protective
covenants. They will most likely include stipulations that no future
subdivides be less than 5 acres, no mobile homes, no chicken houses, no pit
bulls, etc....
It will be something rather basic to simply protect the Land Values & Natural
Setting.
