Possibilities -
The Owners of this Land Tract are open to any sort
of equitable trade that makes sense. They are primarily interested in
properties located in the Southeastern U.S., but will not rule out other
possibilities. They will consider any raw land tracts (agricultural,
commercial, industrial zoning) with the exception of residential
lots, which they are not interested in. They would be most interested in
potential income producing land with structures (condos, homes, commercial,
etc..). Owners can do whatever is necessary to balance the property
equities out in order to make a deal happen. They can bring cash to the table
if necessary, etc. Owners are serious and knowledgeable investors who
know how to structure exchanges, and the ins and outs involved. They are
straight forward, don't play games, and expect the same professionalism in
return. They are looking to make something happen, and simply need to
find the right partner to the deal.
