Above shows the potential views from the actual Building Site.  It's very hard to get a true representation from the photo.  The building site is very large, and almost level, and at the rear drops off pretty quickly.  This is actually a good thing, because all you'll have to do is thin / remove some trees at the very back of building site to get unobstructed views - and your view will be looking OVER the lower treeline. Now just 3 lots down, at the end of the subdivision, there is a cleared overlook. I took the photo below from there - and I assure you it is IDENTICAL to the view you'll have from this property.  And you'll get that view very easily from the proposed Building Site. (marked in Plat)

You're going to have phenomenal views.  All I can say is that in person these looked much more stunning.  The problem is with the camera shots.  My auto focus is zeroing in on the trees close up, and it isn't allowing focus on the distant ranges - but that Clear Picture from the overlook we show earlier is absolutely what you are going to get!
