AMENITIES - Wildcat Recreation Center
The Big Canoe Wildcat Recreation Center is a relatively
new addition to Big Canoe. It contains a basketball court,
baseball/softball field, soccer field, and a future community pool, which is
currently in the beginning phases of development. The entire recreation
area is encircled by a paved 1 mile (+/-) walk/jog/bike path. Big Canoe enjoys
a growing number of young families, and this area is being increasingly
utilized for organized youth and adult sports activities. The complex parking
lot is also the center of many community events - such as the annual Halloween
activities - and every October 31st Big Canoe grandparents, parents, and
children gather for a decorated tailgate party. (See the "Events" section
