Creek Photos -
The Property has excellent water & flow.  All of the below photos are of the larger creek that winds through all 3 platted tracts of the property.  A second smaller tributary flows down the front 2/3rds of property parallel to the road (All on Tract C in Plat), and joins this larger creek just as it exits the property through a culvert that passes under the road.  A 3rd tributary creek winds through Tract B as well.

Above, the creek enters the 7.49 acre tract (Tract A in Plat) at the rear of the property forming a nice pool.  To the right the creek is about to join with the smaller creek (not shown, but off to the left) and then passes directly under the road as it exits the property.

Left and above are sections of the creek within the 5 acre wooded tract.  (Tract B in the plat).  The photo below-left is approximately at the point the creek enters Tract B, and to the right below is approximately where the creek is exiting Tract A.

 

Below and Above are a couple located on Tract A (7.49 Acres with/Home).  To the left of the creek there is about a 50' level woodland buffer between the creek and lower pastures of the 7.49 Acres.  Beautiful Ferns, Laurels and Hardwoods.  This would make a wonderful setting if someone wanted to slightly open up some of the smaller tree overgrowth for access.  Already wonderful!
