Community Plat
Below is a plat of the general Commnity.
1) Red Dot (scroll
down) represents centerline of Lot 37B & 37C
(Cabin and lots in question)
2)
All YELLOW "X's" represent land that is State Owned
Wildlife Management Land.
3) All GREEN "X's"
represents protected land owned by a single resident (100 acres)
4) All PURPLE lines denote
hiking/jeep trails.
5) The large lots directly below (#52 - 73)
are part of neighboring "Eagle's Nest" subdivision, and with the exception of
one home - are all developed along the lower valley. The road on left is
Our Road - Eagle Ridge, and that subdivision is basically a steep cliff
drop-off from the edge of our road - and offers US fabulous views as we
walk/drive along that entry stretch of road.

these lots look (and are) small - but this little ridgeline community
is absolutely magical, nestled in the middle of miles of
private woodland, with fabulous views. |
