throughout the home. One of the things I liked best was the fact that
there were plenty of electrical outlets, cable tv jacks, and phone jacks
throughout the home. The "solidness" of the construction really stood out
- in that there wasn't any creaking of floors, and all the rooms were very
well sound insulated. Recently the county passed very strict new
building inspection codes, and this is one of the 1st new homes in Big
Canoe to be built completely in compliance to the new building codes.

Big Canoe. Chestnut Knoll is a beautiful, level woodland knoll that is
surrounded on 2 sides by the golf course, on a 3rd side by Lake Sconti,
and the 4th approach side is up through the heavily wooded Sconti
Condominium section. It is located in the heart of the "Village
Complex", which includes almost all of the major amenities, including the

The owner recently had an appraisal done on the property. It
includes comparative analysis of 4 similar townhomes that recently sold in
Chestnut Knoll. All of those SOLD in the mid 350K - 360K price range,
which is well above the asking price ($341,000) for this property, the
indicated appraisal value of the property being $361,300.
