GENERAL COMMENTS: Very Private; Open along front; Hardwoods to rear of property.  Good Views.  Paved county road frontage (300' frontage) with minimal traffic, located at end of Country Lane Cul-de-sac..  Property is located a few minutes West of Jasper in Pickens County and very convenient to Hwy 515.  Zoned for Pickens County Schools.  Electricity, Cable, DSL at roadside.  Nice homes in area.  Well Water.

Located on Stephen Thomas Rd.  Property is at the end of the road, on the left, between two existing nice homes. The location is exceptional - a very appealing private country lane.  The last 200 or so yards of the cul-de-sac road is completely level.  Manicured & scenic horse farm with a pond and fields located across the road.  Very nice views / scenery.  We have some great photos below - but this is one of those "You've got to be there to experience it" sort of properties.  I simply can't say enough about the location of this property.

 

The above 3 photos are from a few years back, taken during the off-leaf season.  Gives a good idea of the lay of the front of the land.  All the photos below are recent summer photos showing the front of the lot more overgrown.  We also have some nice photos of the neighborhood.  In this first photo below we are coming down towards the end of the cul-de-sac, standing in the neighbors driveway.  The Lot For Sale is on the left, and starts where the grass stops being cut.  It runs all the way down to the telephone pole in the distance.

Below shows the full view of the lot.  Off to the right you can see another neighboring home.  It is Property ID# 0174, and it's also for sale from this same owner. 
Below is a zoom of above photo.  It's a pretty gentle slope up from the road, and then the property moves into gentle rolling woodland behind the peak (which is where you'd probably locate a homesite.)
