There are a couple hundred feet of road frontage.
Property is roughly trapezoidal, containing the majority of the
cul-de-sac's road frontage. The top building site exists as a view
knoll directly off the end of the cul-de-sac, with relatively gentle draws
on either side, and a slop off the backside. The lower portion of
the lot, towards the rear of the property, is very private, and could be
accessed by a rather easy long driveway off the right hand draw.
This lower building site is very gentle and level, with a good nestled
woodland valley feel to it. |
