Descriptions & Details are scattered within the photos below.  We're basically going to do a walking photo tour around the property, also showing Highway Frontage and scenes along the River Front.

As you can see, the property has ample parking.  The picture below shows the 75' - 85' tall Highway sign that is part of the property.  That alone is a huge money generator, and we have a discussion on that in the "Business Possibilities" section at bottom of page.
Above photo is taken coming off the Hwy ramp (also pictured at left in below picture).  This is a Major Intersection for the entire area.  Ellijay is on the other side of the bridge.  This is THE Main route for anyone entering or leaving Ellijay area towards the East.  But it gets better.... in the picture below, if you were to continue straight, then you'd hit all the Apple Houses that make Ellijay & Gilmer County so famous.  During the Fall "Apple Festival Season" just about everyone coming up from Atlanta (and they do - in droves!!!) turns off Hwy 515, loops around and drives under the bridge and right past the store.  And the Hwy Exit Ramp is the Main Hwy Exit Ramp for the area. Huge, HUGE HUGE traffic volume at this location.
The next set of photos is along the rear of the property, along the Cartecay River's Edge.  When the leaves come out, the place is just lovely.
Above we're standing at the rear corner of the property looking over towards the side lot.  If you look at the lower center of the photo below, you'll see a little white dot far far down the field, which is a pretty sizeable sign. The property ends a good bit PAST that!  What with Hwy & River Setbacks - you've still got plenty of room for building down through this strip.  More details on this separate tract of land in the "Side Lot Details" section at bottom of page.

Very attractive and country style front entrance to main store.
Next 3 photos might look a little warped.  Tried to stitch together several photos to give a panoramic view of the front close up - and things got a little curved at points.
Below front portion of building used to be a mini-motel.  Don't be fooled - interior is currently remodeled and looks awesome with new wood paneling, hardwood floors etc...
Lets take a second to talk layout and entry possibilities in reference to below picture. Top 3 doors lead to space currently finished off as the private residence. Around corner along walkway to top right is another door to the rear portion of residence. To left of stairs on top level is the "Upper Mall" entrance - just out of picture on left.  Upper mall is accessed via broad inside stairs as well, and there is also an Interior Entry leading into the Upper Residence. Lower three doors are working entrances to the 3 Side Hall Rooms that split off from the main showroom.  Because of the multitude of entrances, and the way the place is laid out on interior - you've got infinite usage and remodel possibilities.
Summary:  Place is huge, multifunctional, has good parking, and has great traffic location.  Interior photos will surprise you at how well finished and attractive it is.  It's not a "Modern Glass & Steel" construction - but it is a perfect fit for the general rustic theme of the area.
