Summary: This is a great home. At the
"Super Sale" price it is an incredible steal, even unfinished, easily the best
in Big Canoe at present. It'll take some finishing work - but the
previous owner was a builder that really was meticulous in detail. He
redid lots of things, and really did get it almost to completion. When
finished out - this home will easily increase $200K - $300K + in value.
In 2006, it sold in much worse condition than it is now for $350K. |
