Summary:  This is a great home.  At the "Super Sale" price it is an incredible steal, even unfinished, easily the best in Big Canoe at present.  It'll take some finishing work - but the previous owner was a builder that really was meticulous in detail.  He redid lots of things, and really did get it almost to completion.  When finished out - this home will easily increase $200K - $300K + in value.  In 2006, it sold in much worse condition than it is now for $350K.

I know - because the previous owner bought it via our advertising.  And I once tried to rent the home back in 2002.  I know this home well, and it is an absolute steal!  I know that originally I was marketing it for sale in the $500K range a few years ago.
