Sorry! Taxes & Fees are this
way on all Jekyll Island Vacation Rentals. Normally taxes would be
12%, but Jekyll Island is owned by the State of Georgia, and the Jekyll
Island Authority adds an additional 1%. All the Property
Management Firms on the Island charge the same 15% Reservation Fee.
