* prefer furnished as owner would have to store furnishings. Providing
the unit unfurnished would require a minimum 1 year term.

Owner will assign tenant "Community Amenities Privileges"
with any 1 Year Minimum Lease Period.
(Tenant would still be responsible for all associated Amenity fees)
A Lease Purchase Can Be Discussed
on a case-to-case basis. Preferred structure would be firm on sales
price, but with a very large percentage of Monthly Rent to be Applied to
eventual Purchase Down payment.
