Property is wonderfully furnished, and has been in a successful Rental Program
and has established earning income. Property is still available for
Vacation Rental, however Advance Bookings are currently limited due to the
fact that the property may sell, and owner does not want to encumber a future
buyer.

A $200 damage deposit is required at booking and is refundable after inspection
A $125 cleaning fee is required
3 night minimum during holidays, 4 night minimum Thanksgiving/Christmas
