Immediately below is a front view elevation sketch.  From one side to the other is 298'. (think football field!)
Smaller side towers are 32' high.  Two central towers are 55' high. Small central Portico is 24' high.
Front Battlements across side wings are 18' high. Connecting Battlements across central towers - 38' high.

Below is a correctly dimensioned blueprint showing Main Level of entire structure.  As you can see - it is almost as deep, as it is wide. This Castle is the Real Deal!

The Main Castle w/ Porico & Main Towers is further broken down as follows:
  • The Dungeon (approximately 7,920 Sq. Ft.):
    Large unfinished lower level with granite bedrock outcrop feature. 
  • Main Level (approximately 7,920 Sq Ft Interior + 2000' +/- porch/patio off courtyard):
    Interior was designed to accommodate a Wedding Chapel, Grand Entry Foyer with Staircase, Huge Formal Dining, Enormous Luxury / Semi-Commercial Kitchen with ample Pantry rooms, Ballroom, 2 story Library, Grooms & Brides Prep Rooms, and Master Living Quarters (which includes a tower).  16'+ ceilings are standard throughout most of this.
  • Mezzanine Level (estimate 3,000 Sq. Ft.):
    Mezzanine is nestled between parts of Main & Upper Guest Suites Level.
  • Upper Guest Suites Level (7,920 Sq. Ft.):
    A Grand Staircase connects to this Floor has 16' Ceiling, and is designed to accommodate 9 Large Guest Suites & Fitness Room.
  • The Two Towers (26' in Diameter each):
    Three Floors Each w/16' Ceiling, with separate entry at Main & Upper Levels + 3rd Top Level accessible via elevator, and connected via Open Concrete Walkway across the top front battlements.  The Towers are Octagonal and contain approximately 450 Sq. Ft. of floor area per level.
  • Portico: The Portico is a 25' wide drive through with an additional 9' depth for Storage Wings. Top of Portico is a 1200+ Sq. Ft. Cement Patio overlooking the front grounds, and connects to Upper Level Guest Suites.

The East & West Wing Castles: (East Wing Partially shown in opening photo above):
4,800 Sq. Ft. Each at the base + 1 Octagon Tower each (20' Diameter) + 1 Rectangular Tower each (12' x 36' on East & 12' x 24' on West).  The East & West Wing Castles have 2 levels:

  • Main Levels (60' x 80' in dimension each):
    West Wing Castle is currently "Her" castle space, and is divided into large 10' ceiling rooms which are semi finished and currently used for her large ceramics business.  All plumbing, electrical and HVAC all in place.  East Wing Castle is currently "His" castle space which he runs his business and construction activities from.  Semi-finished as well, with sheetrock and ceilings, large rooms laid out & all plumbing / electrical.  Both wings are a blank slate ready for interior design / layout and finish of new owner's choice. Two 10' wide Garage doors in East Wing. 
  • 2nd Levels (approximately 20' x 80' useable area):
    Unfinished.  Could be easily finished off with a plywood floor for storage.  Approximate 20' wide area down the 80' length is standing height.  Sides are sloped due to the roofing trusses.
  • The Octagon Towers (20' in diameter):
    Approximately 300 Sq. Ft. of space on each level. Each Tower has (2) 10' Ceiling Levels connected by semicircular staircase along wall. 
  • The Rectangular Towers (432 +/- Sq. Ft. at base):
    West Wing Castle Tower is an open breezeway on Ground Level and connects the exterior of castle to the interior courtyard.  East Wing Castle Tower is fully enclosed on 2 levels.  (12' x 36' on East & 12' x 24' on West / 13' high on 1st floor / 2nd level is 8' tall - exterior height is 30'

The Rear Armory:
4,800 Sq. Ft. Each at the base (60' x 110' w 12' high ceilings). The Rear Armory has 2 levels:

  • Main Level: This is just a huge room - with exterior access 12' wide x 10' high garage doors on each end.  No interior finished walls except for a small bathroom area, and some stairs that lead up to the 2nd level.  The main level has xx foot ceilings with flourescent lighting.  Currently used as the construction shop, to store tractors & equipment, etc.  They also build a large kiln for drying and treating lumber that they've planned to selectively harvest from the property.
  • 2nd Level: Identical to 2nd levels of the East & West Castle Wings.

The Courtyard: 72' x 110' dimension, a total of 7,920 Sq. Ft. interior. Photographs in following photographic sections are representative.
