Hi, My name is david. I own this
website. Jekyll is a long way from my Mountains, and yet as I write
this I have just returned from my 48th year of vacationing on the Island.
The Vacation Rental Units I am currently marketing simply serve my desire
to Trade My Services for Free Vacations. So far it has been an
extremely mutually rewarding relationship, and so now I am open to
expanding my services to more units. During June & July of last
year, we turned away almost 3 dozen vacationer inquiries, because we
simply did not have any openings. So it makes sense that I add some
more units. I also notice that a LOT of properties on the Island are
for sale. I can only tell you that my marketing outperforms most
realtors here in North Georgia, and my guess is that due to the nature of
my nationwide marketing program, I can do the same for your area.
As North Georgia's Largest Internet
website, I have built an incredibly successful business marketing
properties 4 Sale, 4 Long Term Lease / Lease Purchase, For Vacation Rental
& 4 Trade/Exchange. I have brought good traffic for my existing
Jekyll Accounts, and have successfully marketed sales and Leases for
several Florida Homes. If you would like to explore possibilities

PS... my marketing is not in conflict
with Jekyll Realty or Parker Kaufmann, or any other Realtor Group.
All I do is increase marketing, and increase the odds they are still going to
collect a Management Fee or Sales Commission, so they should not have any
problems working with me. If they do, you should probably ask them
on what grounds they object to MORE exposure for your property.
Besides - YOU are going to pay my fee. For the record, my first
Jekyll Marketing Contract resulted in my client experiencing an
approximate 600% Return on Marketing Investment in the 1st 6 weeks of
marketing. I should in fairness note that we started the 2nd week in
June, so it was peak period. But we managed to fill almost every
vacant slot that Jekyll Realty had not filled. AND
as mentioned before, we ended up turning away almost 3 dozen more people
because we booked out.
Depending upon exactly how we
structure it, I charge between 5% - 10% of the rental income my marketing
brings in. Variables
that can be factored in are Photography & Setup Fees, set monthly fees,
cooperative marketing fees, partial trades for occasional vacation use, etc. I'm flexible.
Best thing to do is to call to discuss. I will be down on the island
for sure around the 1st 10 days of June, so scheduling any photography
during that time is a good idea.
