Property Owners Web Site: The Official Governing Body of Bent Tree, membership is automatic with property ownership.  The POA is responsible for Roads, Maintenance, Landscaping, Bylaws, Amenities etc.  Lots of information at this site that involves Building and Architectural Control Issues, Fees, and other items that anyone considering buying in the community needs to know.

Loads of hiking trails in Bent Tree. But there is also an active hiking club that gets together to go outside the community, picking different scenic mountain areas for group hikes.
