Due to the absolute & complete collapse
of the Real Estate Market, that was driven by unsound; illegal; greedy; and
unscrupulous banking & development practices,
The Mountains Voice is currently refocusing its business goals.
The Mountains Voice will be transitioning between now and early 2012 as a
Regional Newspaper serving the North Georgia Mountains. It will be a
PRINT NEWSPAPER, but it will be mirrored here online at the website.
Real Estate Marketing will continue, but the structure of our program will
change. Currently I am taking jobs on a case by case basis. I
am still having enormous success marketing Lease 2 Purchase properties and
Rentals. I will say that if you have a property For Sale that
requires traditional bank financing, that unless you have a ridiculously low
price tag that can compete with foreclosures, then don't even bother trying.
If you are flipped upside down on your home value - don't even bother trying
- not even with a short sale. The odds are probably 99% that you will
FAIL in your goal in my opinion. I am sorry, but it really is that
bad.
I am currently predicting the total collapse of the U.S. currency and
financial system. It would be immoral to take money from you and tell
you I thought there was much hope that you can sell your home via
traditional financing at this point.
